Don't you have on mean "Schesswerder" Restaurant? This name is similar but I've never heard about etablissement/restaurant named Schierdewan. Do you have any info about location of this place? it may be helpful...

No, I mean the "Schirdewahn-Gaststätte". Unfortunately I didn't have any further information or photo about it. But look at this link (I can't speak Polish - I not really understand the words, but it seems to be an information about the Schirdewahn-House). Who can translate it to English or German?

I dont know where was the Schirdewan-Gaststätte - I think in ul.Traugutta 104, but on this Link

it seems to be in ul. Kuźnicza 54???? Now I am very confused about it.
